This is our most intensive support service for individuals who are wanting personalized support and coaching. We meet with the CEO and ask a series of questions on intake and then co-create the coaching desired. We also adjust our approach depending on length desired from more intensive to more of a light touch over time depending on the need.
This service is for multiples of two or more CEO's who want to work together on a shared topic or just want to journey together. This is a specialized session designed with the participants suggested growth plans. They can be working together on a project or within a region on a shared goal or they can simply be friends in the work together and supporting one another but want expertise and guidance.
This is a problem solving approach to coaching one or more team members who the CEO believes may be impacting the performance of the team due to their personality or behavior. We work directly with the member to identify areas of growth and then assess through the coaching their effectiveness with the goal of the member returning to the team and the team becoming more together and effective.
This training is provided to the team and based on the results of the Team Effectiveness Interview of the Executive Leadership Team or the team as a whole. The results are shared and the team picks the area or areas to work on to become more highly effective as a team.
