This training is based in research that clearly outline seven key areas of highly effective teams. They are Leadership, Purpose, People and Interaction, Culture, Strategy, Structure and Processes, and Data and Awards. Team members are asked a series of questions about their knowledge, understanding and execution of these seven constructs. They are then analyzed and shared with the executive team and whole team depending on the desires of the client.
This is a n in person interview of the members of the leadership team together. We ask a series of questions of the entire leadership team and score their answers as a team on the Team Effectiveness Rubric. We then share that with the team leader and if desired, the full executive team. This window into the health of the team is based in research of the seven constructs of highly effective teams and is used to help teams identify areas of strength and opportunities for the team to grow and continuously improve.
This is an online survey given to every member of the team or organization. It is then tallied and compared with the same tenets of highly effective teams that the leadership team does and cross referenced for correlations. this survey can be done independently of the Leadership Team for a at-a-glance of the effectiveness and health of the team, but it is much more powerful when paired with the interview of the Executive Leadership Team.
We offer remote teams the opportunity to leverage remote teaming and maximize their effectiveness through new tools and opportunities to become closer and happier even when they are not in person.
