Our Why

There is no more worthy work than ensuring the next generation is prepared and understands their place in the world. Xyra understood this and signed up to be the school committee student representative. She is now headed to college to become a teacher. She is a shining example of how public education works to equal the playing field for our most vulnerable students and now she wants to pay it forward for the next generation. 

At LeaderProof, we are committed to helping leaders and future leaders, particularly leaders of color who may not always get the support they need to navigate the many challenges that interfere with successfully carrying out the mission of an equitable and excellent education for all our country's children. 

We exist to help leaders through the tough moments and celebrate the small and big wins achieved. We are there alongside our clients supporting in times of difficulty and cheering them on in times of success.

Children and their success is our why. We begin there and we work to support anyone leading the good work of improving student outcomes so they thrive, not only in an educational setting, but non-profit, faith-based, or any student facing organization or leader that shares our passion and wants to join in this worthy and necessary work creating a better world for us all, especially our children.
